I ran into issues today after updating Atmosphere as well. Couldn't get TinFoil to work. But instead of AIO I just nuked everything from Atmosphere to tinfoil and all files associated and resinstalled from scratch and it's working. I had the exact same issue. For me, it was a Windows Firewall problem. Looking at Windows defender firewall settings, I noticed that Nut.exe had Private access (likely granted when I first ran Nut, and got a Firewall notification), but did not have Public access checked. Once I allowed public access, USBFS transfers started working again.
