After two updates, nothing has changed.Sub Out is the Fatigue number at which the starter will go to the sideline and the backup will play one or more snaps. How many snaps? Well that's what Sub In is for. As the starter sits on the sidelines and misses plays, their Fatigue number rises. Once their Fatigue hits the Sub In, the starter will return to play on the next down.In my current Franchise, Equanimeous St. Brown just disappeared from the Franchise altogether. Didn't retire, get hurt, nothing...just gone. I had the same issue today. Starting RB completely disappeared in my Bears Franchise. I started a game against the bucs and Tom Brady was gone from the game.Madden is supposed to be a football sim not one team in football is going to send nobody at the QB on any pass play in a game hell not even less than 3 and the guy send 2 on the first play. You can literally make pre snap adjustments for no one to rush bro. If they wanted to do that in real life, they would.aren't they being rotated for being tired? you can remove the dudes from the depth chart you don't want subbing in. but you'll have tired players.

Load the game up offline (you will have to click madden 20 multiple times) Once your past the initial load screen (at the main menu) go back online from your console settings. Wait around 10-15 seconds. Press RT or R2 on your controller.

It's because of progressive fatigue. It's been messed up basically since they added it a few years ago. It's best just to turn it off from the start. Turn off fatigue next offseason. You have progressive fatigue on would be my guess. This should help. I use these with progressive fatigue on and fatigue set at 80.
