A solution I discovered to stop those horrible 1 to 2 second lag spikes that happen every 20 seconds or so, is to disable any sort of overclocking you may have on your CPU or GPU. But the game and heroes are not design and balanced around random garbage, more so if it's a rainbow game and specific roles. The moment they removed PvE from tanks/healers and certain DPS heroes to "fix" the prevalence of specific comps, it was the moment i basically wouldn't ever touch soloQ QM with like 90% of the heroes roster.
