So a couple days ago I got my Quest 2 from a family member, and at first it worked fine but a day or two later, it started messing up and the Floor level was too high, the controllers were stuck in place, and I could only rotate the controllers, no moving them back and forth or up and down.We advise to please try powering off the headset then press the power button and volume down button at the same time until the boot menu loads, then go to “exit and boot” and see if that helps.
