For mobs higher level than sidepath, I think you can farm side path until lv.249 without meso reduction, the penalty starts at 11 levels above the mobs level. Dcup and Lcup i believe are decent if you dont have lucid. With lucid maybe you can do SDH. Or start going into the moonbridge maps if you have the range.
