Kimber pro carry vs ultra carry.
My CCW/off-duty gun is an Ultra CDP II. I have shot 2500+ rounds through it and have had absolutely no reliability issues. My carry round is a Speer 200gr +P Gold Dot and my practice ammunition is 230 ball FMJ and RNL. I use Wilson 7-shot magazines exclusively. The holster is a Milt Sparks Versa Max II.

The Ultra is an officer's frame with a 3 inch Bull Barrell. Both have aluminum frames and the Schwartz safety system. I have two kimbers, a full size Custom II and an Ultra Elite. For carry I like the ultra alot more as it is smaller, lighter, and alot quicker for point and shoot type situations. IMHO Kimber is a fine weapon for the price.
