We are looking at staying at Chena Hot Springs and also Aurora Borealis Lodge. As much as I love Fairbanks, my hometown, CHS isn’t where I go for scenery, necessarily. I do enjoy the drive there. If you're not outside for more than 5 minutes at a time, you can probably get away with a sweater and a hoodie, jeans and sneakers, mittens and a hat.
