There is no reset function because each and every skill can be MAX out, eventually, that is if you have that patience to farm almost indefinitely because as your legend level goes up, so will the XP required for the next level. You may want to argue that, in that case, all more the reason for such reset function. Those who have already been affected and maxed out Legend levels they are working to revert those back to where they were before the bug happened (which seems to be most of them at level 9, maxed combat and parkour skill trees, and having level 1 legend and 1 legend point).
