Sunstar with delicate tomb is nuts. Way better than crown of tempests in my opinion. It’s really strong in GM’s with high enemy density. i’m personally a big fan of crown because of the ridiculous length of stormtrance but GMs are a bit of a brick wall for it there so i’d recommend sunstar. The super isn’t very strong at dealing with bigger enemies, unless you’re using something like Stormdancer’s Brace … and even then it’s not great. Bottom tree gives you great support with arc souls, and the movement ... Definitely use Crown of Tempests whenever you use Stormcaller.
