Hello, I'm using this sigpatches as Hekate utilities are top notch (e.g. reboots to hekate, with later reboot to rcm feature, etc). I was previously using 10.0.2 + AMS 12.0 without all the sigpatches (I missed the fact that sigpatches were no longer included in sdsetup downloaded zip) and some games were not working and got corrupted.For example this time I downloaded the latest mesosphere version of atmosphere. That means if you start with hekate, you need to click the payloads button and then select Fusee-Primary or it won't work. If you don't have Fusee-primary in the menu after clicking payloads that means you need to go download fusee primary. You can find fusee-primary at the Atmosphere Github. It's under the releases page.
