Been noticing for a few years that the quad will stall randomly when slow riding in trails (hauling wood). Eventually I noticed the battery wouldn't keep full charge and would just hover around 12.5 to 12.8.At least in my eyes. May 2, 2019 · The air diaphragm is often really tough to not twist (even a little will effect it) when putting the cover back on. This is important as the valve will open quicker if it is twisted. 2. The spring does wear out. Been noticing for a few years that the quad will stall randomly when slow riding in trails (hauling wood). Eventually I noticed the battery wouldn't keep full charge and would just hover around 12.5 to 12.8.Just rebuilt a 400 from the crank up. It runs great but on a cold start seems the choke works than doesn't. To clarify, cold start: apply full choke, turn it over starts right up and revs a bit, pretty normal so far. Then it will run for a few seconds and die, as if I turned the choke off. So check that you have no blown fuses first.
