During your weekly training, change the settings to half pads and backups getting majority of the reps. I think it’s a glitch, if not then Madden just has a real shit system. But if your team is too fatigued, your star players like WRs and RB will get subbed out after like 1 play. Someone might have a better suggestion in terms of tinkering ...

Created players not saving. Glitch/Bug. Every time I try to make a player and save it, it disappears when I check the roster. I've made the same player 4 times at this point and it hasn't saved. I've tried making a different player and it still hasn't saved. I've also tried making a separate save file and it still doesn't show up.
