Being the fool I am, I reinstalled SKSE. This was my second mistake. I later found a backup of SkyrimSE.exe and put it in the right place, to which Skyrim would properly load up without giving me a "SkyrimSE.exe could not be found" error, but now the game wouldn't load past the Bethesda logo.
