Low ammo count for slicing. Fortunately, the Zinogre LBG can also RF Normal 2 and Piercing Thunder Ammo. If you aren't efficient with your shots or get bad Spare Shot rng, Piercing Thunder Ammo is a good backup and does respectable damage. Something like this would probably be close to the ideal build if you had a perfect charm.

Pierce LBG has always been good since Iceborne and are even more powerful then ever. I have several builds but not near my switch to give but I can tell you the Malzeno And narga LBGs are what you want for rapid fire Pierce 2. Augments for Affinity Boost lv2 gives 10%. so you will have 100% affinity after clearing Bloodlust. 2.Thanks you, have some internet points. Pierce level 1, with slugger 1. And level 3 slot. The damage uptime you get while using it (and it allowing you near 100% MM uptime) is just exceptional.
