PTR's have the 15x1RH thread pitch and accept all the same flash hiders that can be attached to the standard HK91/G3 weapons. I know this becauses my PTR wears a YHM QD flash hider for a .308 Phantom suppressor and that's the threading I used. Sparkplugs are irrelevant. Plenty of HK's and clones.

That makes it a 4 groove RH 1 in 12 twist rate which is the 'ideal' twist rate for rifles using the .308 Winchester round.
