Hidden chest in dawnstar.
This keeps happening. I go to Dawnstar to do the Dawnstar Hidden Chest Loop, but the Kahjits are not there so I wait. I wait like at least a week. Then, these three Goobers show up, but the actual Merchant is no where to be found. So I have to keep waiting. I have to wait like months and months.
Been playing Skyrim on my Playstation 5 (therefore the game is fully up to date and no mods are available). The other day I read about the hidden/secret chest near the cave entrance in Dawnstar and to my surprise, I found it! The big deal is, you can get a ton of items for free and you can get to it pretty much at the start of the game. The chests located under the map are actually merchant inventories. Notice that the items in that chest are the exact same things you can buy from the merchant nearby. Likewise, just go to any store and type "tcl" in console and you will be able to find these in all shops.
