While I was having problems, I found these posts very useful, so I thought that I'd post a description of my own experience. First a bit of information about the tractor.

VA. Tractor. Kubota. Removing injectors is pretty straight forward, unless the 6600 has some odd set up. First remove the return lines and the injector lines. Mark the order that they come off the pump, this will prevent a major headache when you put them back on. Then pull the injectors out. The easiest way is with a slide hammer.

If it does not, the leak is in the pump/relief valve area. If this is a high hour tractor, if the hydraujlics have been used with a front loader, or other high usage hydraulics; you should be suspicious of a worn pump.
