It has started making a clicking/ticking sound that can be heard in the cab pretty good and once window is rolled down, it is even louder. Some people do find different brand oil seems to quieten the noise some but experimentation is key for some because not all oils act the same in all engines..The ticking sound could be a number of things that have already been described, but the combination of ticking/chirping could be as simple as your belt and/or idler arm. The injector ballance rates are very good, as the truck has 40k on it. I can't locate it, it's easily heard from both passenger and drivers side of truck. Basically you get some air trapped in the lifter oil passage and it takes a bit of time for it to work out. When my LMM does it it takes 30 to 50 miles for it to clear up.
