I can't access Duolingo either from my laptop (Windows 10). I can only access it from my iPhone. I've checked Settings in my browser (Google Chrome), and can't figure out why this changed a couple of days ago. You can learn languages on Duolingo completely free. You can use it on your computer and sync it with our free apps for your mobile device. You can even use Duolingo for Schools if you have students to track—with the same account. Also at no cost. No catch.
