Dodge ram clicking noise front end.

As the title suggests, I get a distinct clicking noise that corresponds with the RPMs when I cold start the truck. It lasts for only 15-20 seconds then goes away. The truck has 85K on it, the noise started maybe 5K miles ago and I've been running 5-20 full synthetic since the 64K oil change.It's making a weird clicking or almost like metal hitting metal sound on the front passenger side of the car. I guess the best way to describe it is it sounds like an exhaust hanger hanging hitting stuff. It only makes the noise when first pulling out at a dead stop and whenever your under 10mph. Have replaced everything in the front end , struts , springs and mounts , upper and lower control arms , tie rod ends , tension struts , sway bar end links still makes clunk sound. Drives fine on highway etc but when hits pothole or small bump hear the noise.

This noise almost sounds like a whine/squeal of something expanding or contracting, and then a pop or click as though it reached it limit. Then repeats. Almost like a stretching material, that snaps or clicks. Thinking about this a little, oil filters have internal springs and gaskets.

As mentioned, sway bar bushings along with worn links are very common, and even the moog bushings seem to wear out quickly. the strut mount top bolt is a problem, and that will usually present as a more quick "clunk clunk" going over bumps.
