The problem I am having is 1 the check engine light is on 2 traction control light is on and 3 it wont shift out of second gear. A 3S-GE swap with a turbo kit is a total waste of time unless you're building a show car like Oscar did. A 2ZZ-GE swap with turbo kit is totally asinine. A 3S-GTE swap is better than both of those, but is going to cost you $$ with the end result being a car that has a hell of a lot of lag in comparison to the stock motor turboed.
