I barely fill in a A-B cup, 44 is actually accurate though, anything larger feels like it's falling off me, and anything smaller feels like a binder.

The problem with finding ABTF is that one of my boobs is significantly bigger than the other and on top of that, my ribcage on one side is also differently shaped/smaller than the other (asymmetric pectus excavatus, the breast muscle is also slightly different/not fully evolved on one side), which makes the size difference even more prominent than it actually is.

The ABTF calculator is not all-seeing, and it can be off by a cup size or two (rarely more, though it's not impossible--see here for reasons why calculator may overestimate). Even then, you cannot expect every bra in 40I US / 40G UK to be a perfect fit. But the ABTF calc does get you way close than any other calculator!

My measurements are as follows (inches): Loose - 34 Snug - 32 Tight - 31 Standing - 37 Leaning - 38 Lying - 36.5 The ABTF calculator gave me the size 34D, which I currently wear. I have shallow projection. The issues I have with my bras: The straps dig into my shoulders Struggling girl here. I’ve been a 34C for years but I have gained about 10-15 pounds during COVID and to my surprise my boobs no longer fit into my bras. The band is too tight and I am majorly spilling out of the cup. I did the measurements here: Loose UB: 37in Snug UB: 36in Tight UB: 35in Standing B: 39in Leaning B: 44in Laying B: 38in. Tight: 29”. Standing: 35.5”. Leaning: 36.5”. Lying: 35”. The calculator recommended 30DD/DDD in US sizes and also suggested 32DD/DDD. I have previously tried on: Natori feathers in 30DDD. Panache Ana side support in 30E. Freya Fancies plunge in 30E which were all too small.
