The generic response were told to give is always "there has been movement and there will be more". The admissions officers answering the phone aren't in charge of waitlist movement and honestly, theyre probably getting ready for next cycle. Where are people looking to find out about any sort of significant movement? It seems like many schools use unranked lists and there are certainly more people that don’t post about this stuff on SDN than those who do. I'm honestly just relying on school-specific SDN threads.
