SCHD is a great mix of both already. You can consider VBK as a small cap growth ETF. Or VUG for large cap. These funds won’t have the capital appreciation (will likely have some decay) but can produce much larger dividends than schd. Like if you wanted 50k/year in dividends you’d need like 800k worth of schd.
