The audio isn't fixed for the whole game since the you're fucking with SPU threads, it can cause other issues like hanging, and in recent builds the game already runs fast enough that you shouldn't need to use the debugger at all. The videos are severely outdated and you should always use the "sort by date" function when searching for RPCS3 videos.
