The infinite shine polishes are still regular nail lacquer, so you can use any lacquer base and top coat you want. Works fine, it's just regular nail polish. Multiple thin coats is better than less thick coats for lasting ime. 1-2 layers of top coat (one glitter smoothing + one regular for textured polish) No more than two of the color should be needed. Because this is living skin, clipping it will cause it to callus and grow back hard and cracked (this is because the skin is basically trying to defend itself). I used to constantly clip mine and struggled with dry and cracked proximal nail fold.
