A Howell County man involved in a hit and run accident Monday afternoon near West Plains has been arrested.According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 39-year-old Justin Kimbell of Mountain View failed to stop at a stop sign when crossing U.S. Highway 160 at County Road 6070 and collided with another vehicle driven by 27-year-old Kayla Lau of West Plains.
