Well, I got death wobble really bad and took it to a mechanic. He replaced ball joints and a u-joint and that fixed the death wobble. He replaced the PCM, my pedal and some sensor that would take care of the lightning bolt. (all of that was $1700) 3 days later the lightning bolt was back. This time it is p2173.

The first shop changed them for $650 which didn't fix the problem. The lights came back on on the trip home from the shop.

When the module fails, the trans is limp moded to 2nd gear. You really need a DRB II scanner to determine the issue.
