My first thought was to adjust the cable, as the resistance had gotten a bit slack, so I tightened it and it felt better, but still did not move much. I have a 2008 Honda HRX217HXA that I had been having trouble with the drive hanging up, so I took the back wheels apart and cleaned everything up. I noticed the driveshaft bushings were worn out on one side, so I replaced all four bushings on both sides with new Honda OEM parts.
