K2man01, I used to have a Dillon RL450 that I upgrades to a RL550B. It was the original Dillon progressive press and had a manually operated primer feed and a manually operated powder measure. The tool head was not removable. The upgrade to a RL 550 is a new frame that uses the old ram and ram arms, and handle. It has a removable tool head.
