I think without chronicles bo2 wins, but only barely. Bo3 had better maps, but bo2 had grief as well. Training zombies is better in bo2, but movement is better in bo3. Chronicles pushes bo3 over the edge for me, plus the lack of dead ops arcade in bo2. You could just build a PC to BO3 min specs and play custom zombies that way. It'll probably be cheaper than the PS5 and offer way more than the ability to play games. Not happening. It took over 10 years for them even to have cross play, I'm certain they aren't keen on letting customs on console.
