Miledown gives you a solid base to work from without overwhelming you with loads of cards like some of the other decks out there. I'd recommend MD for P/S but supplement with Uearth. When reviewing Uearth questions, make cards for things you don't know. Using a premed deck takes time, I suggest you instead download miledowns document and go through it over and over while making anki cards for the content in UWorld. You can totally use a premade deck (boaras is significantly better than mile down. Pick one and use just that) but just be prepared for anki sessions after UWorld.
