I have a similar plan through my work. I pay $15 a month. It works kind of like a medical HMO. First I go to the legal site and get a case #, I then call any of the participating lawyers and schedule an appt. I've had it for two years, but may cancel next year. For me it was worth it. If you plan on buying a house it will pay for itself that year.
