Check and see if the weight in the rubber liner is properly seated, if it is you should be able to feel it if you press up into the center of the liner while it's upside down. Mine was not and it caused my LR to constantly get stuck upside down, the weight was sliding around in the back of the dome as it rotated.

I tried their suggested fixes, like cleaning the sensors, resetting the litter robot and what was suggested in the automated email support.
