I would just replace the whole overflow tank and cap in case the tank warped. Looks like you'll be at around $7 for the cap and $25 for the tank.

It may need to idle for 10 minutes or so and once you see that there are no more bubbles surfacing you can shut the car off. Top off the coolant in the radiator - put the cap back on. Then check the level in your over flow bottle and top up if needed. The common reason for no coolant in radiator but the reservoir is full is a blown head gasket. If a head gasket blows, the combustion gases from the cylinders will leak into the cooling system and push the coolant into the reservoir. Hoses with straight ends have been known to get stuck on the bottom of the overflow which prevents coolant returning to the radiator. The overflow is not part of the pressurised cooling system so there is no need to replace the cap. You need to check the coolant level in the overflow AND radiator when the engine is cold.
