So I try to make it harder in other areas, like adding a higher population of Z's, but I also turn off respawns for them. Besides no transmission the Z's are standard fare for me. Also very limited weapons and vehicle spawns. Not too much else is different from standard set besides a low pop start. PiIIan.

Turn down the starting population and either turn down the peak or extend the time until it reaches the peak. I'd also suggest turning transmission to saliva only (so only bites can turn you) or off entirely. Turning zombie memory down also helps make losing them a bit more forgiving. #2.
