Well I’m in L.A. and was told by HUD that the program is closed due to insufficient funds, but I also was told by a realtor that the program is active. This realtor was supposed to email the info but she always “forgets” to do so. I know Naca accepts Section 8 but when I signed up with them and paid the dues, it still was a waste of time.
