10-21-2020 05:15 PM. Did you change it from the password that's on a sticker on the back of the modem? Rebooting the modem would not have affected it either way. Not sure if the mods here can reset your password to the factory one, but it's worth a try. @Liz , @Remy , @Damian.

So I'm unable to access the internet at all. No dns lookup, can't ping anything. I can get to the router setup, but not system control center. I've tried setting the dns to Google's, and setting it to get from ISP. Nothing works. At least nothing beyond the router works. I've power cycled, and rebooted in the router setup.
