I also installed a B & M deep tranny pan with a drain plug. My 4.2 sport with a 4R70W tranny does have a drain plug on the torque converter. You first remove a rubber plug or cover than rotate the converter until the drain plug is visible. Seems Ford has a better idea, at least with the 4R70W. (PS I found the bobber) darkdan.
