I was 2 cm dilated since April 9th and now today I'm a solid 3 almost 3 1/2 cm dilated and completely effaced. My due date is in 8 days. They say you will know when you dilated and I knew with my 0-2 cm but the last two weeks when I went from 2 to 3/ 3 and a haft I barely know where it came from, I had a bad night a couple nights ago with a few contractions that must of done it.4cm dilated at 37 weeks. crh1221 member. With my last pregnancy, I was 3 cm dilated/ 100% effaced and funneling at 30 weeks and ended up going to 39+3. 🤷 And when I delivered I was still at 3 cm and -3 station at my last check 30 minutes before.
