Here's one with original CNR, (Canadian National Railroad) globe. It seems to have many of the same make/markings as the OP shows on his gifted lanterns. This one is asking about $50 USD. This Adlake Kero is asking $45 USD. If anyone is looking for original globes, here are some, asking $15-$20 ish USD.

I’ve found the Dark Hunter to better match a lantern fount. Coleman thought highly about the 275 as it commemorated the company's 75th anniversary, even if it introduced a valving system that many of us wish they hadn't. Wont be late 80's but early . Most all them were exported to other commonwealth nations OZ, NZ or the UK is your best bet to locate one. Matthew.
The hanger rod is common to most Coleman lamps. Makes them much more versatile. Shades depend on the model. CQ and other large lamps like the 118 all look right with a 306 "Rayo" shade. They can be found for reasonable prices. Small lamps use a shade protector. Could be original style, 220 lantern globe or others.
