Oct 21, 2013 · To answer directly, yes! They are reliable. Now with that said, I still have the original Hinda Foreman from 1985, I have changed the battery only 3 times! My Honda's have been very very reliable. My King Quad is a 2007 and it is going strong!!! Look at Honda and buy with confidence if you go King Quad.

For the engine oil, use a “motorcycle oil” that is JASO-MA approved on the back of the bottle with a viscosity of 10w40. I’ve always used Suzuki fluids. Though that’s just my personal preference. You can use other brands of oils as long as they meet those requirements. As for the front diff, I believe it uses a 80/90 hypoid gear oil.
