FYI - Ford is putting a 35" spare under the new Tremor package trucks. So the weight difference you're talking is maybe 5-10 lbs. Carli arms really are more about bling than function. They are notched to give 1/2" additional clearance at full steering lock. They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells. Besides when you go past 35' tires the price go up quite a bit.It's almolst time for new tires. Clearing 37's on a level setup will depend on what exact tire and wheel spec you want to run along with a few other variables. At minimum you will want to run and adjustable track bar and be prepared to do some trimming to the front bumper braces and inner fender liners. Best so far was 13.5mpg. 4WD off road exploring for days resulted in 9mpg. Rarely have driven empty but would be 14mpg or better depending. Trailer towing it is around 10mpg. My shop said the trucks will fit 37s on stock tires without rubbing. Might be testing that soon. Not sure about stock height suspension clearance but for sure looks like Ford may be planning on a 37 option on the Tremor or the F250 line.
