Sending numbers are usually normal, but Receiving numbers will rocket into the 10k or higher, and there was some insane input lag that I don't think I've ever had happen since we were on the old JP servers before migrating back in 2.x.

SE hosts FFXIV through NTT, not Comcast. Comcast isn't the issue, it's FFXIV's ISP, NTT.
