Directv closed captioning not working.

Jan 29, 2022 · As I mentioned, the closed captions are working fine. They work for live viewing, on demand, and any recorded programming EXCEPT when a CBS program is recorded. The CBS captioning works fine during live viewing, fine with on demand, but does not work for any CBS recorded programs.

The other two EPIX channels 558 and have 560 do have it but for some reason 559 never does. Can you let the right people know at DTV to get channel 559 to have close captioning.
