I'm going through the whole engine/outdrive to make sure everything is right. Also, it occurs to me that the paint should be cleared and a star washer used under the bonding lug at each location.Locate the trim pump then locate the blue up wire that is connected to the trim limit switch. Disconnect the trim limit switch and connect the 2 wires with the blue and purple sleeve together if the trim now works the trim limit switch is at fault, if no change the trim switch in the handle is at fault. Connect the 2 wires circled in red.
