Double click "velocity.exe". Click on "file", then "open" and click on "ISO". In the next window, hit "extract all" and select an empty folder inside of your USB. Go into that folder and create a new folder called PS3_UPDATE in all caps. In the PS3_UPDATE folder make a new folder called UPDATE in all caps. Put the PS3 firmware (PS3UPDAT.PUP) into the UPDATE folder. Now reinstall CFB Revamped and it should work.
