There is a bug at the moment which means that if you dual wield hand crossbows, it applies your Dex ability modifier to the damage of both hand crossbows i.e. including the off-hand crossbow, even without the Two Weapon Fighting style, which it really shouldn't. Currently, the Thief is actually the best dual wielding due to the extra bonus action they get at level three. Every bonus action is an extra attack, and if you were building a dual wielding Fighter, for example, an extra bonus action on top of multiattack at level 5 would mean getting a total of four attacks per round instead of three.
Encountered a bug with the Dual Wielder feat not adding the +1 AC. Tried with two light weapons, a light weapon and one not light weapon and too non light weapons. None of these add the +1 AC bonus. Additionally, not sure if it is intended or not, but the off hand attack is not adding my str or dex (when using a finesse weapon) to hit.

Dual-wielding doesn't have a lot of synergy with the class, but you'll still be strong just because you are a Barbarian.
