8 posts · Joined 2020. #1 · Jul 9, 2021. My 2017 rzr turbo is flashing code 520344. I have changed fuel pump, fuel injectors and fuel rail. Now it runs at an idiol fine but turbo is not spooling up. Turbo seams not to be working. Any help would be appreciated.. Like. Sort by Oldest first.

I’ve had the 520230 31 code. That was simply just a bad connection to the EPS unit. Try cleaning them out. The other one I haven’t had before but likely similar. Check your throttle body sensors. Called a Polaris service and got code descriptions. 520284 is throttle body position fault. 520277 is throttle body voltage low. 520279 is throttle body adaptation abort. 520230 is power steering off line. thanks to The Lone RZR as well. lesson learned.
