Again, drones deposit the junk ore into my crafting supply first (priority 1), with overflow going into my shredder (priority -1). The shredder is set to auto-shred when full. This keeps my extractors from becoming clogged with junk ores, and allows them to keep a steady supply of the desired ore to be mined.
